Achievements included the implementation of newer technology solutions for many companies in the Fortune 500, Delta Airlines, AT&T, Procter and Gamble, NCR, Reynolds and Reynolds and Standard Register to name a few. Companies with tenure include Reynolds and Reynolds (Programming and Marketing) and LexisNexis (Management and Sales Consulting, received the 2002 Circle of Excellence sales club Award). Also responsible for the creation of a successful Multi Media company, Online Resources, Inc. which specialized in software, Internet, CBT, communications and e-commerce. Past responsibilities include: executive management, research & development, budget, profit & loss, information collaboration “portals” and project life cycle management.

From Louisville, KY. Steve has rarely missed a Kentucky Derby.  He loves racing in all forms, especially Nascar.  He Attended the University of Louisville and Majored in Sociology.  He also attended Eastern Kentucky University, and Jefferson Community College.  One of his greatest Life time experiences was riding around the country on his Harley named Ruja.  He married his wife Kimberly in May of 2001. He loves being a family man with the relationship that has developed with his stepdaughter, Jessica Wilson.  Being an only child, he cherishes the relationships that are being created in the Trackweek.com family. He dedicates most of his time to Trackweek and the members on his team.  "A company is only as good as the people working in it and I have a great team."  Steve see's Trackweek as being his extended family and wants everybody to cross the finish line of success.  "Working together is what it is all about and I will do what I can to help people accomplish their goals."  His relationship with God comes before anything, family is next, and Trackweek directly follows.  "I put a lot of time and energy into Trackweek... if you take care of it... it can take care of you."
